30 Years of Experience in New York City

NYC real estate is complicated and idiosyncratic. Over the past 30 years, we have worked in every type of market and financial environment, and have seen — and effectively dealt with — waves of change in landlord/tenant law and economics, mortgage lending, and real estate purchasing and leasing. Few if any firms of our size have our depth of experience. And of course we are all NYC natives and continue to live, work and raise our families in the greatest city on earth.
